Audience Analysis What are challenging areas for users that our clients will need to make use of? This is the question I asked myself when I came up with my list of ideas for our Procedures. This list will obviously expand and morph itself over time as we come across new areas of interest.

In my list of ideas, I have put an * next to the ideas that I took straight from my Dr. Stiller Visit class notes as things she said her students have had particular issues with in the past.
